We hope you love the jewelry you select, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply send it back to us within 14 days of the shipping date in its original condition and purple jewelry box for a full refund. Please include a copy of the email receipt so we can properly enter your credit or send a refund. Naturally, if the piece has been damaged or altered in any way, we will be unable to issue a refund. We suggest that you insure your package, because we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Also, please email or call us to expect your package so a credit or refund can be issued immediately upon its receipt.

This policy does not pertain to custom orders and the policy for custom pieces will be provided before any custom order is given and accepted.
